Training info

This winter and spring players are expected to participate in weight and strength training  (attendance is taken).  We will begin preseason with the ball in the second week of June.  Usually we do 2-3 days a  week of open play and strength training.  Open play continues for High School until High School Camp usually the second to last week of July.  Try outs are the 1st week of August.   During the season we usually train 7:30 - 9:15 on non game days.  Some Fridays are 4:30 -6.  Please check the calendar for more update information.   For more info please refer to document below

1. We will be playing the Mason Preseason Classica and the Ohio CUP 

All players are expected to participate in all activities.  

If you are to miss a training, you must contact the coach prematurely in order to be in good standing.
