Boys Fitness Expectations 2015

Yo Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 is the test we'll be using.  Get it at the app store.  The coaches have come up with the following goals that players of each team should be at.  

Targets:
Varsity - 18
JV Eagles  - 17
JV Blue - 15
Jr. High - 14
