Workout logs

Here is a what you'll be doing at the workouts.  Each player will get a folder and a workout log each week.  At the beginning of the week, players will record a couple of goals that they are want to achieve each week, such as bench my body weight, bench 135lbs, squat 225lbs (these are loftly goals, but should be targets for our upper classmen).
